This year, 2005 focus is on EVANGELISM. The Theme is;

"Therefore I want you to know that God's salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!"

There are two songs being used throughout the year, one is Ancient & Modern's, hymn 688, From the depths of Sin and Failure, We Are All One in Mission sung to the tune of Ancient &Modern's hymn 215. A Special prayer is also being used throughout the year.

Evangelism Ministry members hope to focus at various times during the year on the three aspects - Family, Church and Community.

The Resurrection Breakfast launched the activities - looking at the family.
The Passage, from Luke 5:1-11, looked at our being CALLED BY GOD.
There were 10 groups hosted - for expediency, we took the geographical make up used for Cell Church and facilitators were, for the most part, participants in the Bringing Others to Christ program. Initial reports have been very encouraging - some persons who have never attended Cell Church were attend the breakfast. The Bringing Others to Christ Program commenced last October. There is enthusiasm within the group of being able to master the Presentation of the Gospel, and living out ministry through sharing as the opportunities present themselves.
