ST. GEORGE’S 60TH ANNIVERSARY GALA BALL
Tickets are available for St. George’s Gala Ball scheduled for Saturday 31st October at the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort. Tickets are priced at only $100.00. There will be lots of dancing, fun prizes and surprises. For more information please contact either Linda LaFleur, Diane Bingham or Collonna Hepburn.

Thanks are extended to all those who supported the track meet this past Saturday. Special thanks are also extended to the organizers, coaches and the athletes of St. George’s Track Team, who did an excellent job at the meet.
C.Y.M will be having a bake sale after the 9am service in the parish hall. Please support them in this endeavor.
SUBMIT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
The parish office, has over the past few weeks, been attempting to communicate with members of the church who have working email addresses. Approximately 20 emails have bounced back to the office when they have been sent out. If you haven't given your email address to the office recently or if you have changed your address please send that information in so that you can be a part of our newest method of communication. You may speak with Adrian Archer personally or send that information to admin.stg@batelnet.bs
ALTAR FLOWERS
The flowers which appear in the Church to-day have been given to the greater glory of God by Freeman Deveaux who celebrated his natal anniversary today, 1st October. May God continue to bless him.
DATABASE UPDATE
In an effort become more effective in ministry the parish office has begun its summer update of the parish database and parishioner profiles. Because of the very nature of our changing lives this process will always be ongoing; therefore we request your patience. There are some parishioners for whom we have no information whatsoever, others we have no birth dates. All members are asked to visit the bulletin boards to see if your birthday is required of if a profile needs filling out.
PUBLICATION OF THE VOICE
Ms. Veronica Duncanson has requested the clergy to kindly submit information from the parishes for publication in the “Voice.” Information can be submitted via email address thevoice@coralwave.com or hard copies can be delivered to Addington House to her attention.
